Who must register with SCRPC?

The Seychelles Council of Registered Professionals in Construction was established under the Construction Professionals Council Act, 2022. The council role is to ensure that architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors, among other categories to be introduced; are qualified to practice. By doing this, we raise professional standards and build confidence in construction industry.

Architects

Professionals responsible for concept design, planning submissions, specifications, and supervision of architectural works. Registration supports safe, functional buildings and consistent delivery standards across projects.

Engineers

Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other prescribed engineering disciplines that design, certify, inspect, and manage technical performance. Registration helps ensure competence, accountability, and public safety.

Surveyors

Quantity and building surveying services that support cost planning, measurement, valuations, and contract administration. Registration strengthens cost assurance and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional Member

Eligibility

Postgraduate + 2 years, undergraduate + 4 years. Suitable for independent practice and professional sign-off responsibilities.
